About Andrew

Andrew found himself at a time in his life where he had almost lost everything, his wife Sandy and two children Stacey and Luke after 13 years of marriage, their house, and his self-esteem, all due to alcoholism.

Andrew went to his mother's house, and it was there one night by himself, he asked God if He was there could He help bring change to his life. He had attempted to stop drinking several times in the previous 13yrs. without success but this time it seemed different and from that moment on things slowly began to change.

In November 1990 Andrew attended Alcoholic’s Anonymous for the first time and through the good work of AA, Andrew began to deal with his problem. After 3 months separated Andrew, Sandy and the children were back together a family again and now their life was on the road to restoration. Despite this there was still something missing.

In 1994 after an invitation from brother Darren, Andrew went to church. There he heard of Jesus Christ and some weeks later Andrew, Sandy, Stacey, Luke, and new baby Matthew began their personal journey with Him.

In 1997 after teaching himself guitar and help from good friends Andrew sung his first song titled My Jesus. It became the title track of his first album; there have been another four albums since. Andrew and Sandy have a heart to travel and share how through the love of Jesus their lives and family have been restored and now have hope and a future.

Since getting back together the journey has not always been easy in 2002 Andrew lost 12mths work due to sickness and a decision to sell a new home was made.

2013 Andrew suffered chronic Kidney failure where he spent 9 days in intensive care, a total of 2mths in hospital and 3 year’s 6months on dialysis, 4hrs every second day until he received a kidney transplant in 2016. I am incredibly grateful to the family who allowed their loss to be my gain.

Today daughter Stacey, a Bank branch manager is married to Scott with three children, son Luke married to Hayley with two children a Pastor with the ACC, son Matthew married to Cathy an associate campus Pastor with the ACC.

Andrew and Sandy had their 43rd wedding anniversary January 2021. It is their heart to see people, families, relationships, and marriages all restored. Andrew and Sandy have been travelling and ministering   for the past 18years and will continue to do so.
